What We Offer
Crumb and Bass offers a space for adults to connect, while we entertain the little ones.
Crumb and Bass sessions are an hour long, and are a place where we encourage the adults to chat to each other- you’ll never hear us asking for quiet.
Drinks are available from the start and you’re welcome to as many as you like (I know the need for caffeine can be strong in the early years!)

We ask that you arrive 5 minutes early so that you can get settled and we can start on time.

We understand that children don’t always feel confident to join in straight away, especially if it’s their first time. Everyone is welcome to watch, and join in as much or as little as they want- this includes the adults.

We have a loose schedule, which starts with familiar, well-known songs to get the show going. We have props to play with for each song, helping to facilitate interaction between us all.
​
In the break, we dim the lights and get the party started with sensory toys and lights. This is also the time that we provide the homemade treats for the adults (usually in the form of traybakes or cakes), and a selection of biscuits and wafers for the little ones – This part’s the Crumb and Bass.

After the break, it’s back to the props and music, with some games thrown in for good measure and a bubbles-and-goodbye finale.
Music and Props
Our interactive sessions are designed to engage and entertain children of all ages through music and props. We create a fun and dynamic atmosphere where th can sing, dance, and play with various props.
Dancing
Let the kids move with our lively and exciting sessions. We love to see the little ones running around, and as long as everyone is safe and happy, your children are free to join in however they wish.
Something for the Grown-ups
While the kids are having a great time, parents, grandparents and carers can relax (as much as you can with a pre-schooler). We provide chairs to sit on for the adults and encourage everyone to chat as much as they want. Having a village around you while you raise children is so needed.
Parties and Events
We specialize in creating special and memorable events for children. Whether it's a birthday party, special occasion or a nursery Christmas Party, we can customize our entertainment to suit your needs.
Professional Staff
Our experienced and friendly staff ensure that every session is filled with joy and excitement. We prioritize safety and create a positive environment for children to have a great time. All our staff members hold up-to-date DBS certificates and are first aid trained.
How do the children benefit?
Our engaging activities are designed to help with speech and language skills; listening skills; sharing, swapping and cooperation; as well as maths and understanding the world.
Crumb and Bass offers music and interaction that aligns with the EYFS, and is a perfect place to tick some learning off the list without even realising it; but most importantly, we are an informal space and have no expectations of you or your children- this allows them to feel confident and participate on their own terms.
